Common use of Banners and Banner Districts Clause in Contracts

Banners and Banner Districts. Except to the extent that the City has provided authority to another Person to manage such banner district or banners, manage any banner district or banners within the District in accordance with the City’s Development Services Department policies, City Council adopted ordinances and resolutions, and any other applicable Laws; and

Banners and Banner Districts. Except to the extent that the City has provided provided, whether before or after the Effective Date, authority to another Person to manage such banner district or banners, manage any banner district or banners within the District in accordance with the City’s Development Services Department policies, City Council adopted ordinances and resolutions, and any other applicable Laws, in each instance, whether in effect on the Effective Date or adopted or enacted after the Effective Date; and
