BAR ON RECORDING DEVICES. There shall be no use of audio and/or video recording devices by either party in any situation which may or does lead to discipline of a member or where the Company is meeting with the members and/or Union representatives. Any such recordings or files or information resulting from such recordings or files shall not be permitted to be entered into evidence at any arbitration hearing.
