BAR SERVICES. 4.1 We supply a Strictly Cash Bar Only. 4.2 Bar Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 4.3 Last Round at the Bar: 23h30. 4.4 Wine and Champagne orders need to be placed 4 weeks prior to the wedding. 4.5 Any changes to the bar requirements at any stage are to be done so in writing. 4.6 With services outsourced, alcohol sales are what generates Haggards’ revenue for the Venue, thus no beverage may be brought onto the property, into the accommodation, Honesty Bar or Venue by the Groom / Bride or his/her guests for consumption on the premises. 4.7 If any Guest/s are caught bringing their own alcohol / beverages onto the premises, it will result in the Bride and Groom forfeiting their Retainer Deposit in full. 4.8 Any outstanding/unpaid accounts at the Lodge after departure will be automatically transferred to the bride and xxxxxx account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, the bride and groom will be refunded, however it is their responsibility to make sure that All Guests settle their accounts in full on departure. 5. SET UP AND CUT OFF TIMES 5.1 Set up times for the Venue is strictly from Friday 07.30am to 16.30pm and (Saturday) from 08.00am on the day of the wedding. Anyone making alternative arrangements must ensure that these are documented on Page 2 of 6 under “Notes or any further detail agreed upon”. Only if the Full Wedding Package was chosen will the Venue be available for both days. 5.2 The Stables does not have a flower storage area and can thus not be held liable for any damages of any nature should the delivery arrive a day before the wedding. 5.3 An overtime rate of R2000.00 per hour will be charged after 12.00pm on the evening of your wedding. This charge will automatically be added to your account at the end of your wedding. The bar closes half an hour before at 11.30pm.

BAR SERVICES. 4.1 We require clients to brief us regarding their requirements for the provision of a Full Bar, Wine, Malt, Soft drink Bar or a Cash Bar. Clients are welcome to set a limit on the total bar expenditure for their account. In order to maintain control of this account, we are willing to supply a Strictly Cash regular reconciliation of the bar account during the function.  Bar Only. 4.2 attendants are charged a minimum of an 8 hour shift.  Should the Barmen work longer than 8 hours, an overtime rate of R80 per xxxxxx, per hour will be charged.  Bar Prices prices are subject to change without prior notice. 4.3 Last Round at the Bar: 23h30. 4.4 .  An updated list of bar prices is available on request. Annual bar price increases can be expected in April every year.  Wine and Champagne orders need to be placed 4 two weeks prior to a function. Wine orders are limited to; two Sparkling Wine / Champagne options, three white wine options, two red wine options. Should you require us to purchase wines which are not on our wine list, you will be required to purchase the wedding. 4.5 balance of all left over wines.  Any changes to the bar requirements at any stage are to be done so in writing. 4.6 With services outsourced, alcohol sales are what generates Haggards’ revenue for the Venue, thus no .  No food or beverage may be brought onto the property, into the accommodation, Honesty Bar accommodation or Venue into function rooms by the Groom / Bride Customer or his/her his guests for consumption on the premises. 4.7 If any Guest/s , unless the prior written consent of The duBoirs has been obtained. This also applies to “dinky” bottles / party favours and gifts.  In the event that guests of the clients function are caught bringing consuming beverage on the premises that have not been purchased from The duBoirs, the client will be charged for these items at The duBoirs rate.  The duBoirs reserves the right to have any of your guests removed from the premises should they be caught consuming their own alcohol / beverages onto beverage on the premises.  Should your guests be caught consuming their own beverage on the premises, it will result in the Bride and Groom forfeiting their Retainer Deposit in full. 4.8 Any outstanding/unpaid accounts at the Lodge after departure The duBoirs will be automatically transferred to the bride and xxxxxx account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, the bride and groom will be refunded, however it is their responsibility to make sure that All Guests settle their accounts in full on departure. 5. SET UP AND CUT OFF TIMES 5.1 Set up times for the Venue is strictly from Friday 07.30am to 16.30pm and (Saturday) from 08.00am on the day of the wedding. Anyone making alternative arrangements must ensure that these are documented on Page 2 of 6 under “Notes or any further detail agreed upon”. Only if the Full Wedding Package was chosen will the Venue be available for both days. 5.2 The Stables does not have a flower storage area and can thus not be held liable for any damages informing the client of any nature should such misconduct one time only, thereafter the delivery arrive a day before management reserves the weddingright to charge the clients account with immediate effect. 5.3 An overtime rate of R2000.00 per hour will be charged after 12.00pm on the evening of your wedding. This charge will automatically be added to your account at the end of your wedding. The bar closes half an hour before at 11.30pm.

Should guests supply alcohol in the form of “dinky” bottles / party favours and gifts, Honesty Bar or Venue by the Groom / Bride or his/her guests for consumption corkage will be charged accordingly on the premisesall bottles. 4.7 If 9.8 Should you opt to make use of a strictly cash bar option; any Guest/s are caught bringing their own alcohol / beverages onto the premises, it will result in the Bride and Groom forfeiting their Retainer Deposit in full. 4.8 Any outstanding/unpaid accounts at the Lodge after departure by wedding guests will be automatically transferred to the bride and xxxxxx Client’s account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, the bride and groom Client will be refundedrefunded accordingly. 9.9 Xxxxxxx Haven prohibits the removal of any leftover beverages, however it whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic from the premises, whether opened or unopened. 9.10 Xxxxxxx Haven’s liquor licence is an only on-consumption licence. 9.11 All beer, wine and spirits must be opened and consumed in the establishment and the Minimum Spend allows the Client to select their responsibility to make sure preferred wedding beverages. Where any party attending the wedding reception does not consume all the beverage items that All Guests settle their accounts in full on departure. 5. SET UP AND CUT OFF TIMES 5.1 Set up times they selected for the Venue is strictly from Friday 07.30am to 16.30pm and (Saturday) from 08.00am on the day of the wedding.
