– Bargaining Unit Local Levy a) The Bargaining Unit shall inform the Board of the amount of the local levy, if any, on or before August 15th of the school year in which the payroll deduction is to be made. The amount to be deducted shall not be altered during the school year in which the deduction is made. b) The Bargaining Unit local levy, if any, shall be forwarded to the Bargaining Unit. c) The Bargaining Unit agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Board from any and all consequences of deducting and remitting the said levy.
