BASE BUILDING WORK; TENANT INITIAL WORK. Landlord shall construct the Base Building Work and Tenant shall construct the Tenant Initial Work as hereinafter set forth in this Article 16. The Base Building Work shall be constructed in accordance with the Base Building CD's and any Change Orders. The Tenant Initial Work shall be constructed in accordance with the approved Final Working Drawings therefor.
