Common use of Base Charges Clause in Contracts

Base Charges. In consideration of vendor providing the designated Services, Prudential will pay to Vendor the Fees for the Designated Services (the "Base Charges") set forth on Attachment D (Service Fees). Except as expressly set forth in this Engagement Schedule, there will be no charges or Fees payable by Prudential in respect of Vendor's performance of its obligations pursuant to this Engagement Schedule.
