Umbrella or Excess Liability. The Contractor may use an Umbrella, Excess Liability, or similar coverage to supplement the primary insurance stated above in order to meet or exceed the minimum coverage levels required by this Contract.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. Contractor may satisfy the minimum liability limits required above for Commercial General Liability or Business Auto Liability under an Umbrella or Excess Liability policy. There is no minimum Per Occurrence limit of liability under the Umbrella or Excess Liability; however, the Annual Aggregate limit shall not be less than the highest "Each Occurrence" limit for either Commercial General Liability or Business Auto Liability. Contractor agrees to endorse City as an "Additional Insured" on the Umbrella or Excess Liability, unless the Certificate of Insurance states the Umbrella or Excess Liability provides coverage on a "Follow-Form" basis.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. An Umbrella or Excess Liability insurance policy may be used to supplement the Contractor’s policy limit to satisfy the full policy limits required by the Contract. Officers and Employees of the State of Minnesota shall be named as Additional Insureds, to the extent permitted by law, for claims arising out of the Contractor’s negligence or the negligence of those for whom the Contractor is responsible for both ongoing and completed operations.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. The Contractor may use an Umbrella, Excess Liability, or similar coverage to supplement the primary insurance stated above in order to meet or exceed the minimum coverage levels required by this Agreement provided such umbrella/excess coverage is not more restrictive than the primary coverage. Such coverage shall be excess of the Commercial General Liability, Auto Liability and Employer’s Liability. If the Contractor is required to have, maintain and provide proof of Garage Liability, the Umbrella/Excess Liability shall also be excess of Garage Liability.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. The Contactor may satisfy the minimum liability limits required for the CGL and Automobile Liability under an Umbrella or Excess Liability policy. There is no minimum per occurrence limit of liability under the Umbrella or Excess Liability; however, the annual aggregate limit shall not be less than the highest “Each Occurrence” limit for either CGL or Automobile Liability. The Contractor agrees to an endorsement naming the County as an additional insured as provided in Section 7 unless the Umbrella or Excess Liability provides coverage on a “Follow-Form” basis.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. The limits of insurance specified in subsections 1.1 through 1.3 may be satisfied by the specified limits in the separate policies or by Umbrella or Excess Liability insurance which, in combination with the limits of the separate policies provides the total limit required for each type of insurance.
Umbrella or Excess Liability. For Contracts involving construction, or when performance under the Contract would require a commercial or other specialized driver’s license, the Party shall carry umbrella or excess liability insurance covering over the underlying general and automotive liability policies. Coverage shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 general aggregate, unless higher limits are required by the State of Vermont. This requirement need not be met if the Party’s applicable underlying coverages meet or exceed $2,000,000.
Umbrella or Excess Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $ 4,000,000.
8.2 Each Party shall include the other Party as an additional insured for all coverage's except Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. For National Grid, please use the following wording: National Grid USA, its direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.
8.3 In the event any Party uses subcontractors in connection with this Agreement, that Party shall require all subcontractors to provide the same insurance coverage's set forth in Section 8.1.
8.4 Upon request by any Party, the other Party shall promptly provide the requesting Party with
Umbrella or Excess Liability a) $1,000,000 following form excess of the primary General Liability, Automobile Liability and Employers Liability Coverages.
Umbrella or Excess Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $ 4,000,000.
8.2 Municipal shall name National Grid as an additional insured for all coverage's except Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance in order to provide National Grid protection from liability arising out of activities of Municipal relating to the Interconnection Facilities, and/or the Upgrades as the case may be.
8.3 In the event Municipal uses subcontractors in connection with this Agreement, Municipal shall require all subcontractors to provide the same insurance coverage's set forth in Sections 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and 8.1.3.
8.4 Upon request by National Grid, Municipal shall promptly provide National Grid with either evidence of insurance or certificates of insurance evidencing the insurance coverage required under Sections 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 8.1.3 and 8.
