Base Compensation and Incentive Compensation. During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be entitled to annual base compensation as set forth on SCHEDULE A, payable in equal semi-monthly installments in accordance with the normal payroll procedures of Employer. Employee shall be entitled to incentive compensation as set form on SCHEDULE A.
