Base Economic Interruption Hours. For the purpose of determining the accrued duration of Base Economic Interruption hours (as indicated in section D of the IP Product Agreement), designated Reliability Interruption hours will be considered Base Economic Interruption hours (irrespective of the hours in which the Reliability Interruption is designated) until the maximum total duration of Base Economic Interruptions has been reached for the TVA fiscal year.
