Load Reduction Plan Sample Clauses

A Load Reduction Plan clause outlines the procedures and requirements for reducing energy consumption or electrical load during specified periods or under certain conditions. Typically, this clause details the circumstances that trigger load reduction, the methods by which reductions are to be achieved, and the responsibilities of each party involved. For example, it may require a facility to decrease its power usage during peak demand times or in response to grid emergencies. The core function of this clause is to ensure coordinated and effective load management, thereby helping to maintain grid stability and prevent outages.
