Common use of Base Rate Charge Clause in Contracts

Base Rate Charge. The Base Rate Charge shall be computed as 13.3.1.1 The Cooperative shall estimate the Debt Service Cost, the Capital Renewal and Replacement Cost, Fixed Operation and Maintenance Cost, Reserves and Variable Operation and Maintenance Cost required to meet the cash needs of the Project for the upcoming Fiscal Year. 13.3.1.2 The Base Rate Charge shall consist of the total of the Debt Service Cost, Capital Renewal and Replacement Cost, Fixed Operation and MaintenanceCost and Reserves determined pursuant to Section 13.3. 1.1. The Base Rate Charge shall be allocated among each Project Participant based upon each Project Participant’s Water Allotment Percentage identified in the then effective Water Allotment Table in Section 1.46, as it may be modified pursuant to Section 10, for the upcoming Fiscal Year. 13.3.1.3 The Base Rate Charge allotment computed for each Project Participant pursuant to Section 13.3.1.2 shall be increased by any underpayment or decreased by any overpayment determined pursuant to Sections 13.5 and/or 10 of this Agreement.

The Base Rate Charge shall be allocated among each Project Participant based upon each Project Participant’s Water Cost Allotment Percentage identified in the then effective Water Base Rate Cost Allotment Table in Section 1.461.44, as it may be modified pursuant to Section 10, for the upcoming Fiscal Year. 13.3.1.3 The Base Rate Charge allotment computed for each Project Participant pursuant to Section 13.3.1.2 shall be increased by any underpayment or decreased by any overpayment determined pursuant to Sections 13.5 and/or 10 of this Agreement.
