Base Rate Payment. (a) The Ministry shall pay to the FHN on behalf of each of its FHN Physicians for each of their Enrolled Patients, an amount equal to the daily Base Rate for the Enrolled Patient’s age and sex category as set out in Schedule 1 of this Appendix for each day the patient is an Enrolled Patient. Payment will be made monthly in arrears for Core Services rendered on and following the Commencement Date.
