Common use of Base Salary and Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Base Salary and Employee Benefits. Your base salary will be paid at the rate of $18,333.33 per month (an annual rate of $220,000), less payroll deductions and withholdings. You will be paid your base salary on a semi-monthly basis, on the Company’s normal payroll schedule. As an exempt salaried employee, you will be required to work the Company’s normal business hours, and such additional time as appropriate for your work assignments and positions. You will not be eligible for overtime premiums. As a regular, full-time employee, you will be eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the benefit plans and the applicable Company policies. Subject to change, the Company currently provides group medical, dental and vision care insurance, a life, AD&D, long-term and short-term disability insurance program, a life insurance cash subsidy, a Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx health reimbursement arrangement and a 401(k) plan. The Company may change its compensation and benefits from time to time in its discretion. In addition to the Company’s annual holiday schedule, you will accrue at a rate of 15 days per year of paid time off, including both vacation and sick leave, subject to a maximum accrual of 240 hours. This allowance is subject to the Company’s policies with respect to accrual of, including limitations on the maximum permitted accrual of, paid time off and is subject to change in accordance with changes in Company policy.
