Common use of Base Service Clause in Contracts

Base Service. This service is available to the Shipper provided the Shipper holds H-gas in the North Balancing Zone and that it holds less than fifteen per cent (15%) of the entry capacity at Taisnières B, within the limits of its requirements to supply its end customers with L-gas in the North Balancing Zone. It cannot be used to supply new major consumption sites.

Base Service. This service is available to the Shipper provided the Shipper holds H-gas in the North Balancing Zone and that it holds less than fifteen per cent (15%) of the entry capacity at Taisnières B, within up to the limits of its requirements maximum required to supply its end customers with L-gas in the North Balancing Zone. It cannot be used to supply new major consumption sites.
