Based on the Architect s observations of the Work and an evaluation of the Contractor's Applications for Payment, the Architect will determine the amounts owing to the Contractor and will issue Certificates for Payment in such amounts, as provided in Paragraph 9.4 of these General Conditions.
Based on the Architect s observations of the work, and evaluations of the GC's application(s) for payment, the Architect shall review and certify the amounts due to the GC.
2.5.13.1 Said review and certification shall be completed within fifteen (15) business days of the Architect's receipt of the application(s) for payment.
