Bases for Using Dispute Resolution Procedures To Challenge WECC Action. Subject to any limitation set forth in these Bylaws or in applicable statute, regulation or FERC order, one or more Members may use the dispute resolution procedures specified in this Appendix C to challenge any final action of WECC only on one or more of the following bases: (i) the action is contrary to applicable law or regulation; (ii) the action is contrary to WECC’s Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws (including WECC’s purposes as set forth in those documents);
