Common use of BASIC DISTRIBUTION SERVICES Clause in Contracts

BASIC DISTRIBUTION SERVICES. For providing the distribution entity and related infrastructure and platform, including requisite registrations and qualifications, premises, personnel, compliance, ordinary Board meeting preparation, maintenance of selling agreements, clearance of advertising and sales literature with regulators, ordinary supervisory services, and overhead as well as an individual qualified to serve as Anti-Money Laundering Officer, the Distributor shall receive an annual fee of $20,000 (base fee), billed monthly.
