Common use of Basic Dues Clause in Contracts

Basic Dues. (a) The Employer agrees to deduct dues from any earnings accrued in each month, from each and every Employee covered by this Agreement, an amount established by the Union in conformity with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union.
