Basic Fee. 6.1.1 For Basic Services provided by the A/E and all Consultants, the Owner shall pay the A/E a Basic Fee in accordance with the amount identified in the Agreement Form. 6.1.2 A change in the Basic Fee may be made only by an amendment to this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.3.
