Basic Medical Coverage. A. Through the flexible benefits plan, there are different levels of medical options to choose from. The medical coverage selected will become effective the first of the month following 90 days of service as a benefit eligible employee. Coverage, as defined by Xxxxxx Foundation Health Plan of Colorado (KFHP) will be for each regular benefit eligible employee and his or her eligible dependents. B.
