A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:
SUBORDINATION TO TRUST AGREEMENT This Agreement and all rights of Company hereunder are expressly subordinated and subject to the lien and provisions of any pledge, transfer, hypothecation, or assignment made at any time by Authority to secure financing. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Trust Agreement, made by Authority, authorizing the issuance of bonds by Authority. Conflicts between this Agreement and the documents mentioned above will be resolved in favor of such documents.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.

MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any rights, benefits, and privileges to which Employee may be entitled as an Employee of Bank under any retirement, pension, profit sharing, insurance, hospital, bonus, vacation, or other plan or plans which may now be in effect or which may hereafter be adopted by Bank, it being understood that Employee shall have the same rights and privileges to participate in such plans and benefits, as any other employee, during the period of his employment.
Payment of Salary Executive acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Executive.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT 18.1 The parties hereto and the employees of the City are governed by the provisions of applicable Federal Law, State Law, and the City Charter. When any provisions thereof are in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of said Federal Law, State Law, or City Charter are paramount and shall prevail.
Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. (10) 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement).
Compensation of Trustee Any individual Trustee serving hereunder shall be entitled to: (Choose One) ☐ - No compensation whatsoever. ☐ - Be paid a reasonable fee from the Trust Estate based on the amount of time expended by such Trustee in carrying out his or her duties hereunder. Any corporate Trustee shall be entitled to be paid a fee based upon its fee schedule from time to time that is required to be published.
SAVINGS PROVISIONS 19.1 If any provisions of this Agreement are held to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions will not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
