Basic Rent; Additional Basic Rent. (a) Subject to the adjustments provided for in Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 below, basic rent (“Basic Rent”) payable in respect of the Term for each annual period shall be [*] per annum, payable quarterly in advance on each Basic Rent Payment Date, in equal installments of [*] each. Pro rata Basic Rent for the period from the date hereof through the twenty-fourth day of April, 2002 shall be paid on the date hereof, and pro rata Basic Rent for the period from the twenty-fifth day of the last month of the Term through the last day of the last month of the Term shall be paid with the final quarterly installment of Basic Rent.
