Common use of Basic Rent; Additional Basic Rent Clause in Contracts

Basic Rent; Additional Basic Rent. (a) Subject to the adjustments provided for in Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 below, basic rent (“Basic Rent”) payable in respect of the term for each annual period shall be [*] per annum, payable quarterly in advance on each Basic Rent Payment Date, in equal installments of [*] each.
