On July 1, 2000, the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THREE AND 80/100 DOLLARS ($25,803.80) shall be due, and a like sum due on the first day of each month thereafter, through and including January 1, 2001. On February 1, 2001, the sum of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND 10/100 DOLLARS ($26,283.10) shall be due, and a like sum due on the first day of each month thereafter, through and including June 1, 2001. On July 1, 2001, the sum of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY AND 70/100 DOLLARS ($27,180.70) shall be due, and a like sum due on the first day of each month thereafter, through and including January 1, 2002.
