Landlord’s Lien Waiver. Upon request by Lessee, Lessor will execute a lien waiver in favor of Lessee's lender in the form prescribed by Lessee's lender.
Landlord’s Lien Waiver. If Tenant desires to purchase subject to a security interest, lease or obtain a loan secured by Tenant's personal property in the Premises and requests that Landlord execute a lien waiver in connection therewith waiving Landlord's lien rights to such personal property. Landlord’s Lien Waiver. Landlord will waive all rights which Landlord now or hereafter may have, under the laws of the State of Florida to levy or distrain upon or to claim or assert any lien, right, claim or title to, any of the personal property of Tenant (except for judgment liens) which now or hereafter may be located on the Premises, in order to enforce any obligation of Tenant, including, without limitation, the obligation to pay rent and any other monetary obligation arising hereunder.
Landlord’s Lien Waiver. It is contemplated that certain Personal Property now or hereafter installed by Tenant in the Premises is or may be either leased by Tenant or purchased by Tenant from a lessor or conditional seller, or otherwise hypothecated to a Third Party. All of Tenant’s Personal Property, now or hereafter located upon the Premises and owned by Tenant or any Third Party, and regardless of the method in which such Personal Property is attached or affixed to the Premises, shall not be deemed a fixture of the real estate and shall be and remain the Personal Property of Tenant or such Third Party. All such Personal Property of Tenant or any Third Party is herein referred to collectively as “Tenant’s Equipment.” Tenant or any Third Party shall have the right to remove Tenant’s Equipment from the Premises from time to time; provided, however, that if such removal shall injure or damage the Premises, Tenant shall repair the damage and place the Premises in the same condition as it would have been if such equipment had not been installed. Landlord hereby waives its rights, statutory or otherwise, to any lien on Tenant’s Equipment. Landlord shall, upon request of Tenant or any Third Party, execute, or cause to be executed, a commercially reasonable waiver of landlord’s lien or mortgagee’s lien on any of Tenant’s Equipment.
Landlord’s Lien Waiver. You shall, within ten (10) days after written request from us, furnish a written statement, duly acknowledged, from your landlord waiving all of the landlord’s lien rights in the Goods.
