Common use of Basic Term Rent Clause in Contracts

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on March 11, 2008 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a “Rent Payment Date”) during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent (“Basic Term Rent”) the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor’s Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule. Each payment of Basis Term Rent shall be allocated to and shall accrue for the use of the Equipment for the monthly period beginning on such Rent Payment Date.

Commencing on March 11, 2008 5/1/03 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a “"Rent Payment Date”") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent (“"Basic Term Rent”") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor’s 's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule. Each payment of Basis Term Rent shall be allocated to and shall accrue for the use of the Equipment for the monthly period beginning on such Rent Payment Date.
