Xxxx of Sale Sample Clauses

Xxxx of Sale. The Xxxx of Sale, duly executed by Purchaser; and

Xxxx of Sale. A xxxx of sale in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Xxxx of Sale”) executed by Seller.

Xxxx of Sale. Seller shall have executed and delivered the Xxxx of Sale.

Xxxx of Sale. One (1) original of the Xxxx of Sale, duly executed by Seller.

Xxxx of Sale. The Xxxx of Sale duly executed by Seller substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit C; and

Xxxx of Sale. The term "Xxxx of Sale" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(xi).

Xxxx of Sale. A xxxx of sale for the Personal Property in the form attached hereto as SCHEDULE 3 (the “Xxxx of Sale”), with warranty as to the title of the Personal Property;

Xxxx of Sale. Two (2) counterparts of the Xxxx of Sale duly executed by Buyer;

Xxxx of Sale. The Xxxx of Sale for the transfer of the Personal Property;

Xxxx of Sale. Reference is made to that certain Sale and Purchase Agreement No. (the “Agreement”). Terms defined in the Agreement and used but not otherwise defined in this Xxxx of Sale shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
