Basic Terms. This Vendor Contract is on the following basic terms and conditions: (a) Goods and/or services provided by Vendor: (See Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof). (b) Location: Various thoroughfare and residential streets throughout ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (the “City Property”) (c) Date by which the Services shall be completed: To start May 15, 2017 and complete by August 12, 2017 (the “Completion Date”).

Date by which the Services shall be completed: a. Project Completion: To start May 15March 4th, 2017 and complete by August 12, 2017 2021 (the “Completion Date”).

Project Completion: November 22nd, 2017 2020 (the “Completion Date”).
