BASIS FOR ADMISSION. 2.1 The Client wishes to receive the Services in the Home, which the Provider will provide in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained in this Contract, which the Client and/or Sponsor accept. The Provider welcomes the Client to the Home on that basis.
