Registration Effect of Conveyances and Discharge 4.1 A copy of this Agreement and every amendment and discharge of this Agreement shall be recorded at the office of the Registry of Deeds at Halifax, Nova Scotia and the Developers shall pay or reimburse the Municipality for the registration cost incurred in recording such documents.
Discharge of Non-Members Any employee who fails to maintain his membership in the Union as prescribed herein by reason of refusal to pay dues and assessments shall be subject to discharge after seven (7) days' written notice to the Company of the said employee's refusal to maintain his membership.
Satisfaction and Discharge of Indenture This Indenture shall upon Company Request cease to be of further effect (except as to any surviving rights of registration of transfer or exchange of Securities herein expressly provided for), and the Trustee, at the expense of the Company, shall execute proper instruments acknowledging satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, when

Winding Up Affairs Upon Termination In the event that this Contract is terminated for any reason, the parties agree that the provisions of this paragraph survive termination:
Termination Upon Sale Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Party may terminate its obligations under this Agreement as to a specific operating area or portion thereof if such Party sells or otherwise transfers the area or portion thereof to a non-Affiliate in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The selling or transferring Party shall provide the other Party with at least sixty (60) Days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective on the date specified in the notice. Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement as to a specific operating area, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in the remaining operating areas.
DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE OF EMPLOYEES (a) Pursuant to Section 84(1) of the Labour Relations Code, the following standards shall be applied:

Appeal of Discharge or Discipline Should the discharged or disciplined employee consider the discharge or discipline to be improper, a grievance shall be presented in writing as provided in the grievance procedure. In cases of discharge, or discipline resulting in suspension, the grievance shall be filed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure within 10 days of the discharge.
