BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. The following basis for acceptance applies unless other wise stated in the individual BPA task orders.
a. The basis for acceptance of services will be compliance with best commercial practices and those requirements provided in the individual Orders from this BPA
b. Reimbursable items such as travel will be accepted upon receipt of proper documentation.
c. Reports, documents, and narrative type deliverables will be accepted when all discrepancies, errors, or other deficiencies identified in writing by the Government have been corrected.
d. Unless otherwise specified by the specific task order, the contractor shall provide delivery of electronic copies of each deliverable. Electronic copies shall be delivered via email attachment or other media by mutual agreement of the parties. All electronic copies shall be compatible with MS Office 2003 or other applications as appropriate and mutually agreed to by the parties. The contractor guarantees electronic files delivered to the Government to be virus free.
e. The contractor shall use best commercial practice for formatting deliverables under this contract.
f. All of the Government’s comments on deliverables must either be incorporated in the succeeding version or the contractor must demonstrate to the Government’s satisfaction why such comments should not be incorporated.
g. If the Government finds that a draft or final deliverable contains spelling errors, grammatical errors, improper format, or otherwise does not conform to the requirements stated within BPA/Order, the document may be immediately rejected without further review and returned to the contractor for correction and re-submission at no additional cost to the government. If the contractor requires additional Government guidance to produce an acceptable draft, the contractor shall arrange a meeting with the COR.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. The Engineer may require manufacturer’s certification that the color provided meets the requirements of this specification.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. It is intended that the work will be completed in a neat, professional manner.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. (a) The Government Representative is not bound to accept the highest or any quotation or to give any reasons for doing so and reserves the right to accept all or any part of a quotation at any time within the Quotation Validity Period.
(b) The Service Provider shall note that his offer will be considered on a complete overall basis. Quotations with only partial offers shall be rejected.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE a. Prequalification as specified in subsection 4.0.
b. Receipt and approval of a Type D certification as specified in DIVISION 2600.
c. Visual inspection by the Field Engineer.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. Visual inspection for condition and compliance with the requirements of the Project Manual and the Contract Documents.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. 11.1 A tenderer’s offer will be considered on an overall basis..
11.2 Subject to other provisions in these Terms of Tender, the tender that has attained the highest combined score after undergoing the tender evaluation mentioned in Clause 9 above will normally be recommended for acceptance.
11.3 The Government is not bound to accept the highest or any tender or to give any reasons for doing so. The Government reserves the right to accept all or any part of any tender at any time within the tender validity period specified in Clause 10.1.
11.4 Without prejudice to and in addition to the provisions of these terms and conditions, the Government will award the tenancy of the Premises to the Tenderer who meets the following criteria:-
(a) the Government is of the opinion that the Tenderer is fully capable of undertaking the Tenancy; and
(b) the Government considers that, in terms of the evaluation criteria specified in the Tender Document, the tender is or appears to be the most advantageous one to the Government.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. The basis for acceptance shall be compliance with the requirements set forth in the call order, the BPA, the Contractor’s quote, and relevant terms and conditions of the contract. Deliverable items rejected shall be corrected in accordance with the applicable clauses. Reports, documents, and narrative-type deliverables will be accepted when all discrepancies, errors, or other deficiencies identified by the Government have been corrected. If the draft deliverable is adequate, the government may accept the draft and provide comments for incorporation into the final version. All of the government's comments on deliverables must either be incorporated in the succeeding version of the deliverable, or the contractor must demonstrate to the Government's satisfaction that such comments should not be incorporated. If the Government finds that a draft or final deliverable contains spelling errors, grammatical errors, or improper format, or otherwise does not conform to the requirements stated within this BPA, the document may be immediately rejected without further review and returned to the Contractor for correction and resubmission. If the Contractor requires additional Government guidance to produce an acceptable draft, the Contractor shall arrange a meeting with the COR.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. The basis for acceptance shall be compliance with the requirements set forth in the individual BPA Call and the contractor’s quote, and relevant terms and conditions of the BPA. Deliverable items rejected shall be corrected in accordance with the applicable clauses. ● For technical solutions delivered under this BPA, the final acceptance will occur when all discrepancies, errors, or other deficiencies identified in writing by the Government have been resolved, through documentation updates, program correction, or other mutually agreeable methods. ● Reports, documents, and narrative-type deliverables will be accepted when all discrepancies, errors, or other deficiencies identified in writing by the Government have been corrected. If a draft deliverable is adequate, the Government may accept the draft and provide comments for incorporation into the final version. The Government's comments on deliverables must either be incorporated in the succeeding version of the deliverable, or the Contractor must demonstrate to the Government's satisfaction why such comments should not be incorporated. If the Government finds that a draft or final deliverable contains spelling errors, grammatical errors, or improper format, or otherwise does not conform to the requirements stated within Calls under this BPA, the document may be immediately rejected without further review and returned to the Contractor for correction and resubmission. If the Contractor requires additional Government guidance to produce an acceptable draft, the Contractor shall arrange a meeting with the responsible [Insert Agency Name] and GSA personnel.
BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. The basis for acceptance shall be compliance with the requirements set forth in Section C and other terms and conditions of this Subcontract. The Buyer will provide written notification of rejection of all deliverables, both draft and final, accompanied by specific reason(s) for rejection. Deliverable items rejected shall be rectified and re-submitted within a mutually agreed upon time frame. If it is a "draft" deliverable, the Contractor shall rectify the situation before the next schedules submission of the deliverable(s). Custom services will be accepted upon receipt of proper documentation as specified in the SOW. If custom services are for software development, the final acceptance of the software program will occur when customer identified discrepancies, errors or other deficiencies identified in writing by the Buyer have been resolved, either through documentation updates, program correction, or other mutually agreeable methods.
