Common use of Basis of Charge to the Parties Clause in Contracts

Basis of Charge to the Parties. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, Operator shall pay all costs incurred under this Agreement, and each Party shall reimburse Operator in proportion to its Participating Interest. All charges, credits, and accounting for expenditures shall be made and done pursuant to Exhibit "C".
