You agree that if Assure Disability is unable to collect the Charges for the Services through your Payment Method, Assure Disability may, to the extent not prohibited by applicable Law, take any other steps it deems necessary to collect such Charges from you and that you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Assure Disability in connection with such collection activity, including collection fees, court costs, and attorneys’ fees.
