Basis of Charge to the Parties. Subject to other provisions of this Agreement, OPERATOR shall pay all costs and each PARTY shall reimburse OPERATOR in proportion to the PARTICIPATING INTEREST. All charges, credits and accounting for expenditures shall be pursuant to the Accounting Procedure attached hereto as Exhibit "C". The provisions of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of conflict with Exhibit "C".
