Each valuation will be addressed to the Agent in its capacity as such and made: (a) without physical inspection (unless required by the Agent); (b) on the basis of a sale for prompt delivery for a price payable in full in cash on delivery at arm’s length on normal commercial terms between a willing buyer and a willing seller; and (c) without taking into account the benefit (but taking into account the burden) of any charter commitment.
