Electronic Data. 7.1.1 The parties recognize that Contract Documents, including drawings, specifications and three-dimensional modeling (such as Building Information Models) and other Work Product may be transmitted among Owner, Design-Builder and others in electronic media as an alternative to paper hard copies (collectively “Electronic Data”).
Electronic Data. Policy shall be endorsed to remove the exclusion for damage to electronic data "that does not result from physical injury to tangible property" by adding an Electronic Data Liability endorsement ISO CG 04 37 or its equivalent.
Electronic Data. Upon request, the State of Maine agrees to provide the Association with an electronic file containing the names and addresses of all Association members. Such electronic file will be supplied at no cost to the Association and within a reasonable period of time.
Electronic Data. In addition to the requirements set forth in the General Conditions for electronic data, Design-Builder shall comply with the requirements of Attachment B, CAD, BIM and PDF Standards and Requirements, in the performance of services under this Contract.
Electronic Data liability arising from:
a) loss, alteration or impairment of or damage to information and/or data in electronic form;
b) malicious acts of any person carried out by electronic means;
c) defamation or harassment carried out by electronic means; but this exclusion shall not apply in respect of liability for any ensuing accidental bodily injury (save for mental injury or mental disease) or accidental damage which is not otherwise excluded.
Electronic Data.
3.6.1 The MCO shall be capable of receiving the following data electronically from the STATE: price files, remittance advices, enrollment data, third party liability, and rates files. If there is a disruption of the STATE’s electronic capabilities, the MCO has the time period specified in section
3.12.2 to disseminate enrollment information to its Enrollees.
Electronic Data. A. Unless otherwise stated in the Supplementary Conditions, the data furnished by City or Engineer to Contractor, or by Contractor to City or Engineer, that may be relied upon are limited to the printed copies included in the Contract Documents (also known as hard copies). Files in electronic media format of text, data, graphics, or other types are furnished only for the convenience of the receiving party. Any conclusion or information obtained or derived from such electronic files will be at the user’s sole risk. If there is a discrepancy between the electronic files and the hard copies, the hard copies govern.
B. When transferring documents in electronic media format, the transferring party makes no representations as to long term compatibility, usability, or readability of documents resulting from the use of software application packages, operating systems, or computer hardware differing from those used by the data’s creator.
Electronic Data. In addition to the requirements set forth in Article X of the General Conditions for electronic data, Design-Builder shall comply with the requirements of DES [or Owner-specified] CAD Standards, in the performance of services under this Contract, incorporated by reference in Attachment XAttachment: The following documents are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement, as if set forth herein in full:
1. Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to Section 2.05.C of Attachment B to the Contract (“Attachment B”);

BIM Model and Execution Plan pursuant to Section 2.03.B of Attachment B; 8. Subcontractor Procurement Procedure pursuant to Section 2.06 of Attachment B; 9. Project Specific Safety Plan pursuant to Section 2.07.B of Attachment B; 10. Project Phasing/Staging Analysis pursuant to Section 2.08 of Attachment B; 11. Permitting Strategy Plan pursuant to Section 2.09 of Attachment B; 12. QA/QC Plans pursuant to Section 2.10 of Attachment B;
Electronic Data. Electronic data means facts, concepts and information converted to a form usable for communication, display, distribution, interpretation or processing by electronic and electromechanical processing or electronically controlled equipment, including programmes, software and other coded instructions for such equipment.
Electronic Data. Compensatory damages arising out of the loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to manipulate electronic data.
