Bathroom Allowance. In addition to the Improvement Allowance and the Space Plan Allowance, Landlord shall provide Tenant with an allowance in the amount of $31,880.50 (calculated at $0.50 per rentable square foot of the Premises) (the “Bathroom Allowance”) to be applied toward the hard costs of the Bathroom Improvements (as defined in Section XIII herein).
