Battery Replacement. For each Battery, service under this Agreement is limited to a maximum of one (1) replacement for each Battery covered within any twelve (12) month period beginning from the date of the first replacement. The first Battery replacement will be replaced at no charge, and the second replacement requested within the twelve (12) month duration or any subsequent battery replacement requests will be subject to a fee $515.00.
Battery Replacement. If Amazon requests a replacement of any Battery for any reason(s) other than those covered by the Rivian Warranty, Rivian will sell to Amazon such replacement Battery. The price of such replacement Batteries, which will be computed on an open-book, cost-plus margin basis, will be agreed between the Parties, and set out in applicable Orders for such replacement Batteries.
Battery Replacement. The MIU batteries will be replaced by Cellnet so that there is no interruption in the AMR Services due to battery failure. Cellnet shall be responsible for the cost of the battery and installing the battery. Any system-wide replacement of batteries shall be coordinated in advance with Laclede.
Battery Replacement. All weak and defective batteries of UPS shall be replaced immediately by the service provider to avoid any potential UPS downtime. Prior to the installation of the new batteries, a comprehensive battery assessment report and completion report on UPS battery re-banking (if performed) shall be submitted and approved by BSP. All replacement batteries provided shall be covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of installation.
Battery Replacement. Complete electrical system check. Battery charger adjustment. Test engine starter amperage. Removal and disposal of old, lead acid batteries, per EPA standards. Installation of new, low-antimony batteries specifically designed for standby applications, minimum 24 months.

1. Fit a new battery; and
2. Dispose of the battery that we have replaced. The maximum we will pay under this section is £600 in any agreement year
1. A breakdown caused by an incorrect or incorrectly fitted battery; or
2. Batteries that have been misused or abused
Battery Replacement. The battery can only be replaced by Tradinco or a Tradinco approved repair facility.
Battery Replacement. The cost to replace a battery is R245 for the battery itself and the callout fee to change the battery is R680.
Battery Replacement. The e-bike battery shall be replaced by and paid for by E-STRALIAN when its capacity drops below 60% of the original capacity, provided that at least 500 charging cycles have been completed and that the battery handling guidelines in Schedule 2 have been observed at all times.
Battery Replacement. If the Roadside Assistance event results in the Car’s battery being replaced, We will reimburse You if:
(a) You return the old battery to Us;
(b) We find that, in Our sole discretion, the old battery needed to be replaced to end the Roadside Assistance event; and
(c) the cause of the battery’s need to be replaced was not Your fault.
