Common use of Battery Replacement Clause in Contracts

Battery Replacement. For each Battery, service under this Agreement is limited to a maximum of one (1) replacement for each Battery covered within any twelve (12) month period beginning from the date of the first replacement. The first Battery replacement will be replaced at no charge, and the second replacement requested within the twelve (12) month duration or any subsequent battery replacement requests will be subject to a fee $500.00.
