BEEC. Without limiting any provision in this clause 8, the Purchaser: (a) confirms that before entering into this agreement the Purchaser has been provided with the BEEC and has relied entirely on its own enquiries and satisfied itself in relation to the BEEC; (b) acknowledges that the Vendor is relying on the Purchaser’s acknowledgement and agreement in this clause 8.2.
