Energy. Cooperation shall focus on:
(a) renewable energy;
(b) promoting the saving of energy;
(c) applied research relating to networks of databases linking the two Parties' economic and social operators;
(d) backing efforts to modernise and develop energy networks and the interconnection of such networks with Community networks.
Energy. Solely for purposes of this section and section 308, “energy” means natural or artificial gas, oil, gasoline, electricity, solid fuel, wood, waste, ice, steam, water, and other materials necessary and integral for heat, light, power, refrigeration, climate control, processing, or any other use in any phase of the manufacture of tangible personal property.
C. 1. A state that allows a different local base as provided in this section may allow the reporting of these taxes on the Simplified Electronic Return using the format approved by the Governing Board.
Energy. Title to and risk of loss related to the Facility Energy, shall pass and transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller warrants that all Product delivered to Buyer is free and clear of all liens, security interests, claims and encumbrances of any kind.
Energy. 1. Cooperation shall take place within the principles of the market economy and the European Energy Charter, against a background of the progressive integration of the energy markets in Europe.
2. The cooperation shall include among others the following areas: The environmental impact of energy production supply and consumption, in order to prevent or minimise the environmental damage resulting from these activities, Improvement of the quality and security of energy supply, including diversification of supply, in an economic and environmentally sound manner, Formulation of energy policy, Improvement in management and regulation of the energy sector in line with a market economy, The introduction of the range of institutional, legal, fiscal and other conditions necessary to encourage increased energy trade and investment, Promotion of energy saving and energy effectiveness, Modernisation of energy infrastructure, Improvement of energy technologies in supply and end use across the range of energy types, Management and technical training in the energy sector, Security in energy supply, transportation and transit of energy and energy materials.

Energy. The Parties recognise the importance of the energy sector and the role of a well-functioning market in energy to sustainable development, economic growth, contributing to the attainment of internationally agreed development goals and cooperating to address global environmental and climate challenges, and shall endeavour, within the scope of their respective competences, to enhance cooperation in this field with a view to:
(a) developing policies to increase energy security;
(b) promoting global energy trade and investment;
(c) improving competitiveness;
(d) improving the functioning of global energy markets;
(e) exchanging information and policy experiences through existing multilateral energy fora;
(f) promoting the development and uptake of clean, diverse, cost-effective and sustainable energy technologies, including renewable and low emission energy technologies;
(g) achieving rational use of energy with contributions from both supply and demand sides by promoting energy efficiency in energy production, transportation, distribution and end-use; and
(h) sharing best practices in energy exploration and production.
Energy. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, commencing on the Commercial Operation Date through the end of the Contract Term, Seller shall supply and deliver the Product to Buyer at the Delivery Point, and Buyer shall take delivery of the Product at the Delivery Point in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Seller shall be responsible for paying or satisfying when due any costs or charges imposed in connection with the delivery of Energy to the Delivery Point, including without limitation, Station Use, Electrical Losses, and any operation and maintenance charges imposed by the Transmission Provider directly relating to the Facility’s operations. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs, charges and penalties, if any, imposed in connection with the delivery of Delivered Energy at and after the Delivery Point. The Delivered Energy will be scheduled to the CAISO by Seller (or Seller’s designated Scheduling Coordinator) in accordance with Exhibit D.

The Parties acknowledge the significance of energy to sustainable development, economic growth and its contribution to the attainment of internationally agreed development goals, as well as the importance of cooperation to address global environmental challenges, in particular climate change. The Parties shall endeavour, within the scope of their respective competences, to enhance cooperation in this field with a view to:
(a) developing policies to increase energy security;
(b) promoting global energy trade and investment;
(c) improving competitiveness;
(d) improving the functioning of global energy markets;
(e) exchanging information and policy experiences through existing multilateral energy fora;
(f) promoting the use of renewable energy sources as well as the development and uptake of clean, diverse and sustainable energy technologies, including renewable and low-emission energy technologies;
(g) achieving rational use of energy with contributions from both the supply and demand sides by promoting energy efficiency in the energy production, transportation and distribution and the end-use of energy;
(h) implementing their respective international commitments to rationalise and phase out over the medium term inefficient fossil-fuel subsidies that encourage wasteful consumption; and
(i) sharing best practices in energy exploration and production.
Energy. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, the Company agrees to maintain and make available and deliver exclusively to BPDB, and BPDB agrees to accept and purchase from the Company, for the consideration described in Section 13 and Schedule 4, Net Energy Output of the Project from the Commercial Operation Date.
Energy. The objective of cooperation on energy will be to help the West Bank and Gaza Strip acquire the technologies and infrastructures essential to its development, particularly with a view to facilitating links between its economy and that of the Community. The priority areas of cooperation will be: - the promotion of renewable energies, - the promotion of energy-saving and energy efficiency, - support to operations designed to facilitate the transit of gas, oil and electricity, and applied research into data bank networks in the economic and social sectors linking Community and Palestinian operators in particular, and - support for the modernization and development of energy networks and for their link-up to Community networks.
