Before Becoming Eligible Sample Clauses

Before Becoming Eligible. If an Employee has a Break in Eligibility Service before he or she meets the Plan's eligibility requirements, his or her Years of Eligibility Service before the Break in Eligibility Service will not count under the Plan. This paragraph applies only if the Employee is 100% Vested upon meeting the eligibility requirements.
