Years of Vesting Service. A Year of Vesting Service is the 12 consecutive month period specified in the Adoption Agreement in which an Employee performs at least 1000 Hours of Service unless a lesser number is specified. For this purpose, the computation period shall be: (Select a., b., c., or d.)
Years of Vesting Service. If the Optionee is age 55 to 61 with at least ten (10) years of vesting service and dies while in the employ of the Company, all unvested Optioned Shares vest and become immediately exercisable in full. Those Optioned Shares shall continue to be exercisable through the earlier to occur of three (3) years after the Optionee’s death or the expiration of the Term of the Option. Any vested, but unexercised Optioned Shares as of the date of death shall continue to be exercisable through the expiration of the Term of the Option.
Years of Vesting Service. If the Optionee is under the age of 55, or at any age with less than ten (10) years of vesting service, and dies within ninety (90) days after termination of employment, all vested, but unexercised Optioned Shares as of the date of death shall continue to be exercisable through the earlier to occur of ninety (90) days after the date of the Optionee’s death or the expiration of the Term of the Option. Provided, however, that if the Optionee’s death occurs within one (1) year of the Date of Grant, the Option shall terminate upon the date of death.
Years of Vesting Service. A Participant whose participation is not covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and has at least one Hour of Service after June 30, 1989 becomes fully vested after completion of five (5) Years of Vesting Service.
Years of Vesting Service. If the Participant has at least five (5) Years of Vesting Service but less than ten (10) Years of Vesting Service and is not under a break in service as of December 31, 1998, the Participant shall attain Vested Status immediately after working one Hour of Service in 1999.
Years of Vesting Service. The total of all completed months of Executive's employment with the Company Group commencing on the Effective Date, and ending on the earlier of (i) the first date after the Effective Date on which Executive is not employed by the Company Group or (ii) the date of Executive's death, in either case divided by twelve.
Years of Vesting Service. The vesting schedule of this Plan consists of one hundred percent (100%) nonforfeitability for a Participant who has completed at least five (5) Years of Vesting Service. While this Plan provides certain types of pensions on the basis of requirements that may be met by some Participants who have not completed the required Years of Vesting Service, such eligibility rules represent provisions of the Plan above and beyond its vesting schedule.
Years of Vesting Service. B. (Complete this Paragraph only if you checked Paragraph 2(B)(ii).) Years of Vesting Service. For purposes of this Section A-5 of Supplement A to the Plan, the term “Years of Vesting Service” means, with respect to any Dxxxxx Union Participant, the service credited for purposes of determining the Dxxxxx Union Participant’s vested interest in his Company Matching Contribution Account and Profit Sharing Contribution Account. The following rules shall apply in calculating Years of Vesting Service:
