Before beginning Substantial Modifications to accommodate the interconnection of the Net Metering Facility to Rocky Mountain Power’s system, Rocky Mountain Power may require that Customer-Generator pay a deposit of not more than 50% of the estimated cost of procuring, installing and constructing equipment and facilities to be procured, installed or constructed by Rocky Mountain Power, not to exceed $3,000.00.
