Common use of Before Testing Clause in Contracts

Before Testing. a. Any bargaining unit employee who voluntarily refers himself or herself to the City's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) before being ordered to submit to a random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident or return to duty drug or alcohol test shall not be subject to discipline.
