Before the Product replacement operation. If the Replacement Stock is provided under the form of a transfer of ownership pursuant to article 9.a. of the present Framework Contract, the Partner shall invoice APETRA for said Replacement Stock before the start of the Product replacement, valorised at the Standard Price adding any applicable Contribution and/or Value Added Tax (VAT) levied in compliance with the laws in force.
