When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

Basis for Layoff A. The reasons for layoffs include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Lack of funds; 2. Lack of work; or 3. Organizational change. B. Examples of layoff actions due to lack of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Termination of a project or special employment; 2. Availability of fewer positions than there are employees entitled to such positions; 3. Employee’s ineligibility to continue in a position following its reallocation to a class with a higher salary maximum; or 4. Employee’s ineligibility to continue, or choice not to continue, in a position following its reallocation to a class with a lower salary range maximum.
Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to BD. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective. Procedures for LNP Request The Parties shall provide for the requesting of End Office LNP capability on a reciprocal basis through a written request. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon has deployed LNP throughout its network in compliance with FCC 96-286 and other applicable FCC Regulations. 15.4.1 If Party B desires to have LNP capability deployed in an End Office of Party A, which is not currently capable, Party B shall issue a LNP request to Party A. Party A will respond to the Party B, within ten (10) days of receipt of the request, with a date for which LNP will be available in the requested End Office. Party A shall proceed to provide for LNP in compliance with the procedures and timelines set forth in FCC 00-000, Xxxxxxxxx 80, and FCC 97-74, Paragraphs 65 through 67. 15.4.2 The Parties acknowledge that each can determine the LNP-capable End Offices of the other through the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). In addition, the Parties shall make information available upon request showing their respective LNP-capable End Offices, as set forth in this Section 15.4.
CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops 2.1.10.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process for unbundled Loops may be used by Lightyear when converting an existing unbundled Loop from another CLEC for the same end user. The Loop type being converted must be included in Lightyear’s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion. 2.1.10.2 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the Loop being converted must be the same Loop type with no requested changes to the Loop, must serve the same end user location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision. 2.1.10.3 The Loops converted to Lightyear pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific Loop type. Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C. Pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Fund and the Adviser, the Adviser is solely responsible for the payment of fees to the Subadviser.
Solicitations for Subcontracts Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment. In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor/subconsultant or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this Contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
