Beginning and end of Interest Periods. The first Interest Period in respect of the first Drawing shall begin on the Drawdown Date of that Drawing and shall end on the last day of the Interest Period. The first Interest Period in respect of each subsequent Drawing shall begin on the Drawdown Date of that Drawing and end on the last day of the current Interest Period of the Loan. Any subsequent Interest Period in respect of each Drawing shall commence on the day following the last day of its previous Interest Period and shall end on the last day of its current Interest Period.
