Common use of Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Behaviour. The Mornington District Basketball Association has a zero-tolerance policy on abusive behaviour, being either verbal or physical, offensive or aggressive toward any club official, volunteer, committee persons, coaches, team managers, referee, player or staff member, any offender will be immediately stood down or suspended pending an enquiry. Poor attitude, disputing and complaining about referee’s calls, inappropriate body language will not be tolerated and will result in the player being subbed from the court and reduction in playing minutes. Big v players are expected to set a positive example for our juniors.
