THE STUDENT MUST a. undertake all tasks required by them under the particulars in this agreement to achieve the learning goals and expected outcomes (as specified in this agreement); b. sign andreturn this agreement to the University PRIOR to the commencement of the WIL experience, c. behave in a professional manner. This includes including being punctual when attending the Host Organisation (if and as required), behaving professionally, and, dressing appropriately; d. not disclose any confidential information of the Host Organisation and must comply strictly with its information privacy policies; e. if working with the Host Organisation’s ICT systems, or producing software which may be introduced to the Host Organisation’s ICT system, not deliberately introduce (and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the introduction of) any virus or other malware into the Host Organisation’s ICT systems; f. maintain communication with the University and the Host Organisation’s representative or workplace supervisor(s) necessary for the attainment of the learning goals and expected outcomes; g. comply with the statutes, policies and procedures of the University (including, without limitation, the Work Integrated Learning Policy & Procedures, the Student Charter and the procedures relating to occupational health and safety, and equal opportunity); h. if undertaking a placement at the premises of the Host Organisation, comply with the policies, procedures, directions and requirements of the Host Organisation (including, without limitation, those relating to occupational health and safety and equal opportunity,); i. if undertaking a placement at the premises of the Host Organisation, advise the Host Organisation if he or she suffers from any condition or disability that may impact on a safe environment and/or the health and welfare of others; j. be available and prepared to discuss relevant issues when visited or contacted by the University; k. if undertaking a placement at the premises of the Host Organisation immediately advise the Host Organisation and the University of any accident or incident in the workplace; l. at the completion of the activity return to the Host Organisation all its property or equipment including security cards, computer disks, documents and records and all copies of such material in the possession or control of the Student; and m. complete relevant WIL evaluation documentation and submit to the University at the completion of the placement.
THE STUDENT MUST a. comply with the School’s rules and policies from time to time (School Rules and Policies) and with all lawful directions of School staff; b. behave in accordance with the School’s values and not do anything that may bring the School into disrepute; and c. wear the school uniform neatly and properly while at the School, at all school events and when travelling to and from the School.
THE STUDENT MUST. 4.1 Provide advance notice of expected arrival details to ONCAMPUS Accommodation livein@ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Admissions admissions@ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇ upon receipt of their visa and before their arrival. This is required to ensure detailed arrival preparation and induction to the Building. 4.2 Upon arrival at the Accommodation, students must show ONCAMPUS their passport (or ID card if they are resident in the EU). ONCAMPUS will copy it and return the original to them. It is the student’s responsibility to inform ONCAMPUS of any changes to personal information. 4.3 In the event of a student losing their room key/ card they must as soon as is reasonably practicable report the loss to the Accommodation reception and ONCAMPUS Centre. 4.4 Students must report general day to day maintenance problems such as a leaking tap or a heating issue to the accommodation reception. 4.5 As a resident you must ensure that you do not do anything which causes an adverse impact on the health, safety, wellbeing or academic progress of yourself or others. 4.6 Comply with the Accommodation Rules, as amended from time to time. The Student must also comply with ONCAMPUS’s reasonable instructions, requests and directions in relation to the Accommodation, the Communal areas, the building and/or their use of them. 4.7 Not sublet the accommodation, or allow other students to live in the rooms without formal permission from and prior written consent of ONCAMPUS. 4.8 All residents are responsible for keeping their accommodation clean and tidy by wiping down surfaces and removing rubbish from the premises. 4.9 All communal areas including stairwells, passageways, and exits must be kept clear at all times. Any personal belongings must be stored in study bedrooms in a tidy manner. 4.10 Overnight guests under the age of 18 are not permitted. 4.11 Residents are responsible at all times for the conduct of their visitors and guests. 4.12 Smoking is prohibited in any building or within 4 metres of any building to prevent smoke being blown through open windows. 4.13 Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all 4.14 You should be aware that breaches of our smoking policy and misuse or damage of fire safety equipment (including covering smoke sensors, alerting devices, extinguishers, etc.) can breach both criminal law and University Accommodation rules and will be dealt with appropriately. 4.15 Every resident should know the whereabouts of the fire exit, escape route and alarm point nearest to his/...
THE STUDENT MUST. (a) In the case of a PhD degree, have secured a Primary Scholarship with an Australian university; (b) Apply themselves diligently and to the best of their ability, to the successful completion of their degree within the timeframe specified in the Project Plan; (c) Comply with the Company reporting requirements as outlined in the Project Plan; (d) Comply with the Publications clause 9 in this agreement; (e) Participate in and provide information for media and marketing activities as reasonably requested by the Company at its cost; (f) Following the Conferral Date, provide one (1) copy of their thesis to both the Company and the Sponsor in the form stipulated in the Project Plan; (g) When reasonably requested by the Company and agreed to by the Supervisor, present on their research at Company and/or other events, including presentations recorded for later use by the Company. WaterRA will pay the reasonable costs of such activities; (h) Abide by University Regulations, requirements of Work Health and Safety legislation and codes on Human & Animal Experimentation; (i) Advise the Company in writing when they submit their thesis for examination with the University; (j) Advise the Company in writing if they undertake part-time work (up to ten hours per week); and (k) Advise the Company immediately of any change in the following circumstances: (i) The Student’s Address; (ii) The Student’s Contact details; (iii) The submission date of the Research Thesis; or (iv) The Student’s Enrolment status.

This includes being punctual, attending when required, behaving professionally at all times, dressing appropriately and not disclosing any confidential information of the Host Organisation and complying with its information privacy policies; b. if working with the Host Organisation’s ICT systems, or producing software which may be introduced to the Host Organisation’s ICT system, not deliberately introduce (and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the introduction of) any virus or other malware into the Host Organisation’s ICT systems; c. work in accordance with the policies, procedures, directions and requirements of the Host Organisation (including, without limitation, those relating to occupational health and safety, equal opportunity, confidentiality and information privacy); d. advise the Host Organisation if you suffer from any medical condition or disability that may affect your work performance; e. comply with the statutes, policies and procedures of the University (including, without limitation, the Learning in the Workplace or Work Integrated Learning Policy & Procedures and the procedures relating to occupational health and safety, equal opportunity and the Student Charter); f. maintain communication with the University and the Host Organisation’s representative or workplace supervisor(s) necessary for the attainment of the learning goals and expected outcomes; g. be available and prepared to discuss issues when visited or contacted by the University; h. immediately advise the Host Organisation and the University if any issue or concern arises in the workplace; i. immediately advise the Host Organisation and the University of any accident or incident in the workplace; and j. at the completion of the Work Integrated Learning activity return to the Host Organisation all its property or equipment including security cards, computer disks, documents and records and all copies of such material in the possession or control of the student; and k. if working as, or in a situation analogous to, an employee of the Host Organisation, assign to the Host Organisation all intellectual property which the Student creates during his or her work which is performed as part of the Host Organisation’s ordinary business activities (Project Material) and hereby assigns all future copyright in the Project Material to the Host Organisation.
